When a restaurant's POS has a question in the middle of a dinner rush, we pick up. Our Support team is the front line of the KwickPOS promise. We're always hiring people who are calm under pressure, technically curious, and genuinely want to help.
What you'll do
- Help restaurant merchants by phone, chat and email — from setup questions to live troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating cleanly when needed.
- Guide new merchants through onboarding so their first service goes smoothly.
- Turn recurring questions into better docs and a better product, working with our writers and engineers.
- Treat every restaurant like it's the only one that matters — because in that moment, it is.
What we're looking for
- A customer-first mindset and clear, patient communication.
- Technical aptitude — you enjoy figuring out how systems work and why they break.
- Bilingual is a big plus — English plus Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean or another language our merchants speak.
- Availability for some evening/weekend coverage (restaurants keep restaurant hours).
- Prior support, hospitality or POS experience is welcome but not required.
